Pudu prison seen from Telecom Tower
This prison goes back to colonial times (built in 1895). It is seldom used nowadays. Seems to house people temporarily - eg. some Indians involved in riots at end of last year and also illegal immigrants sometimes.

A gangster called 'Botak Chin' was executed there in 1981. A movie about him is expected to be released in 2008:-
